You may return new items purchased from Ramps and More for a refund minus any shipping cost incurred. Please note if the item you purchased had free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Ramps and More does not accept returns of the following items: Special order Modular Ramps, Custom ramp orders or any item that has signs of use, abuse or missing parts. All return merchandise must have a pre-approved return authorization number from the dealer. No returns will be accepted after 14 days from date of invoice or in used condition and must be in the original packaging.
